Course Overview
Every business needs a strategy. Every business should have strategic objectives. But nobody teaches us how to construct a coherent strategy, for our business. This course will show you how.
On completion of this Neuehansa new business course you will have a strategy for your business. Your strategy will be underpinned by your long-term objectives for the company. They in turn will be founded on a series of milestones. From this vision, your strategic objectives and these milestones, we will show you how then to identify those value inflection points where you will have maximised the value of the company and can most effectively raise investment. You will be able to map out a schedule and quantum of working capital required at each round of investment.
The second part of the Investment Strategy Course will show you how to identify and monitor the key performance metrics of your business on a week to week, month to month and Quarter to Quarter basis, enabling you to properly understand where your company is achieving its objectives on schedule and where it is under-performing. Using these metrics you can monitor the growth of your business and improve operational efficiency to optimise the working capital requirements of the business.
The Course comprises two sessions, the first of 45min duration and the second 25min long. Each session includes an AV presentation, with a full-featured media-player, presentation deck, textbook, strategy tools and spreadsheets that users can download and use to develop the strategic plan, objectives, milestones and working capital requirements for their business. This course requires you bring a clean note book or notepad, several pens or pencils and space to think.
Thereafter make time again in 1 month, or 3 months time, to go back and review and check that your vision, your strategy and your strategic objectives still make sense. That they still all ‘fit’ together. And consider to what extent you’ve shared this vision and these objectives with the rest of your leadership team. And the extent to which they’ve committed to this same vision and these same objectives.
