In this Privacy Policy, references to “we” or “us” are to Neuehansa Ltd., a company incorporated in Scotland, registered number SC299430, whose registered office is at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ, Scotland.
2. What information we collect
2.1. Registering with Neuehansa Ltd.
When you request information via the Neuehansa Website, and when you register onto the Neuehansa LMS, we will collect your name and your email address.
2.2. Use of Neuehansa Materials
When you use Neuehansa Training Materials on the LMS we may collect and store the following additional information:
2.2.1 comments you voluntarily post while participating in online discussions or conferences with the System and Branch administrators and other Learners;
2.2.2 any email communications with Neuehansa where you seek support or to send questions related to the Course;
2.2.3 any content submitted by you during your use of the Neuehansa materials on the LMS, such as written assignments, quizzes, and examinations, and the results of any quizzes;
2.2.4 any data and documentation you may submit, where required, to verify your identity;
2.2.5 any responses you may voluntarily provide to Neuehansa, the System and Branch Administrators, or third parties in questionnaires, surveys, or user research that you participate in related to your use of Neuehansa materials.
2.3. Accessing the Website and the LMS
When you access the Website and or the LMS we may use cookies to track, collect, and aggregate information about your use of the Website and the LMS, including pages you have visited, the specific URLs that brought you to our Website, and links embedded on our Website that you have accessed. This information may include IP addresses, and any information collected by cookies. This may also include information such as the time and length of visits to certain pages on our website and LMS and any page interaction information.

Use of our Learning Management System requires a User Login. Maintaining this User Login requires the use of session cookies which allow users to be recognised within a website so any page changes or item or data selection you do is remembered from page to page. 3. How Neuehansa uses your information
3.1. In providing our services to you, Neuehansa will collect, store, and use your personal information for the following purposes:
3.1.1. to create, manage and maintain your Learning Management System account;
3.1.2. to provide technical support to you;
3.1.3. to send you email notifications and updates about Neuehansa materials;
3.1.4. to monitor and track your progress as you use the Neuehansa materials;
3.1.5. if you are taking a Course for professional certification or some other recognition of learning; or to allow the university or other institution to monitor and track your progress, to award you with the relevant recognition as applicable; and or to make direct contact with you regarding your progress and completion of the Neuehansa materials;
3.1.6. to contact you occasionally in order to invite you to share your opinions of and experiences with Neuehansa, the LMS and the Neuehansa materials;
3.1.7. for marketing purposes, where you provide us with your consent to receive marketing communications, which may include email and/or telephone communications with information, updates, and news of new material on the LMS;
3.1.8. to use your information in an aggregated format to identify trends on our website and trends in our customer database;
3.2. We use cookies to collect information relating to your use of the Website to enable, maintain and improve the functioning of our Website and the quality of our products and services.
4. How we may make use of your information:
4.1. We may share your information with third parties. Their use of your personal data will be governed by their own privacy policies and will give rise to separate obligations under applicable data protection laws.

4.2.1. your employer, educational institution, or third parties where they have invited you to enrol on a Neuehansa programme for training, educational, or assessment purposes;
